exclusive visit to the Domain. To help you make the most of your visit, we have
provided you with some essential information.
Practical information
- Visit: Your ticket gives you access to an exclusive visit, on the date and time mentioned on the ticket. Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time of your visit at the starting point (as indicated on your ticket). If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee your participation in the visit, and your tickets will not be refunded.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an exclusive visit if the number of participants is lower than the number mentioned on the exclusive visit page. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified, as far as possible, at the latest 24 hours in advance. In this case, you can either postpone your visit or request a full refund.
